Our delivery times are within 1-2 working days for main city centres and within 3-4 working days for outlying areas. We always aim to deliver on or before time as promised but somethings things happen preventing us from doing so, and so we are unable to guarantee that all orders will be delivered within the stipulated time frame.
Bloemfontein, Cape Town, Durban, Johannesburg, George, Pretoria, Port Elizabeth and East London can expect delivery within 1-2 working days.
1. If your package is sent on a Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday it will arrive at is destination the next working day after postage.
2. If your package is sent on a Friday or Saturday then it will arrive at its destination the following working Monday or Tuesday.
3. You can track your package on our website and you will also receive an email once your order is despatched confirming the tracking number and track and trace link.
Expect delivery within 5 working days.
Note: a day refers to a normal business day and would exclude Saturday/Sunday and public holidays
When do we start counting days? It depends on your payment method:
EFT Payments- Once payment has been received
Credit Cards- The following business day after the order has been placed
As soon as your order is dispatched from our warehouse, you will be sent an email to confirm that your package is on its way. If we are unable to meet the estimated delivery date we shall not be liable for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of late delivery. If you are unavailable to take delivery or collection, the courier may leave their details giving you instructions on either re-delivery or collection from their offices.
Any delivery is subject to circumstances beyond our control due to force majeure including (but not limited to) inability to secure labour, power, internet services, GSM network connectivity, materials or supplies, or by any act of God, war, civil disturbance, riot, state of emergency, strike, lockout, or other labour disputes, fire, flood, drought or legislation.
Tracking and Delivery
To follow your order, please use the tracking number sent to you in your confirmation email. Upon delivery of the product, before signing for the delivery, you agree to inspect the product for any faults, defects or damage.
In the rare circumstance that your item has a defect please contact customer service on firstname.lastname@example.org or by telephone on 011 801 3000.
Tiktok.co.za will refund or exchange any online purchases within 7 days from the date of receipt of the returned goods, provided that the item has not been used or installed and is returned in the original packaging and that the relevant proof of purchase is provided.
A courier collection fee of R100.00 may be charged on refunds and exchanges. Tiktok.co.za will refund the purchase price of any product within 7 working days after we have received the returned goods.
TikTok will issue a refund based on the original payment method used to buy the products. If you have entered into a contract with a mobile cellular operator for a data package and/or to buy a device, returning a product bought through Tiktok.co.za will not cancel your contract with the mobile cellular operator. You will continue to be responsible for that contract and for any charges and fees that are associated with that contract. Your right to return products that you bought through a contract with a mobile cellular operator and your right to cancel are governed by your contract with the mobile cellular operator.
